Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital receives a donation of 100,000 Ghana Cedis (Gh¢100,000) from Dormaahene for initiatives related to rehabilitation and expansion.

The Omanhene of Dormaa Traditional Council, Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr Nana Agyemang Badu II has donated Hundred thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢100, 000) to Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital for the completion of the Male ward project which is currently under renovation and the expansion of other facilities in the hospital.

Nana after the Donation asked the Management of the hospital to as a matter of urgency provide him with a space and decide on a facility they need for him to build for them a storey Building to enhance quality healthcare delivery.

Nana made this donation on Friday, July 5, 2024, during his visit to the hospital as part of his usual clean-up exercise which took place in Dormaa Ahenkro township and its surrounding communities.

 

The General Manager of the Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital, Rev. Dr. Isaac Appiah expressed appreciation to Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr Nana Agyemang Badu II for his kind gesture towards improving the conditions of the Hospital.

He said the Management of the Hospital have set up a committee to commence the continuation of the project for its immediate completion stressing that they are joining hands together to immediately provide a space for the construction of the storey Building and its purpose as requested by Nana to enhance the infrastructure situation at the hospital.
