The National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Women Organizer, Hon. Hannah Bissiw, a former Tano South Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture, has voiced her severe unhappiness with the present administration and called for a leadership transition. During a visit of the Ahafo area, Hon. Bissiw spoke at Goaso and expressed her worries about the way the administration has been managing different national issues. She emphasised that the government has not been able to satisfy the demands and expectations of the people.
“The voices of the people must be heard at this critical juncture,” said Hon. Bissiw. “This government has failed us, and it is evident that a change in leadership is necessary to steer the country back on track.”
She stated that the purpose of her trip to the Ahafo region was to bolster the NDC women’s wing in the area in order to seize power this year.
She contends that a new administration is necessary since the current one doesn’t care about the citizens of Ghana.
