The six suspects involved in the removal of the Agona East PC and vice president billboard at Mankrow Junction in Agona East have been given bail of ¢10,000 each with three sureties, according to a ruling from the Agona Swedruw circuit court, presided over by Judge Victor Kusi.

The suspects must appear in court again on August 6, 2024, under the judge’s ruling.

Following the court’s decision, Hon. Hannah Asamoah, the NPP candidate for parliament from Agona East, told the media that she had nothing against the chiefs since she wanted peace in her district.

The PC advises the young people of Agona East to exercise extreme caution and to resist the temptation to enable politicians to exploit them for their own political gain.
