Rev. Kusi Boateng, the founder of Power Chapel Worldwide, has boldly predicted that on December 9, 2024, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will be proclaimed President of Ghana.
He emphasised that neither his personal feelings nor his ties to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) had any bearing on the accuracy of his forecast.
Rev. Boateng cautioned the NPP that they might lose seven or ten parliamentary seats if they don’t exercise caution.
On the other hand, he forecast that the NPP may get 19–24 seats in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) strongholds if the NDC does not exercise caution.
The theologist said that, although the polls will be held on December 7, the results would not be declared until December 9.
He projected that the country will experience severe anxiety as a result of the delay, and that attempts to provoke unrest may result in several fatalities.
He predicted a situation in which the first day of initial calls for large-scale protests may see a turnout of around a thousand people, but no one the next day.
Despite the early commotion, Rev. Kusi Boateng predicted that things would calm down and that Dr. Bawumia would be proclaimed the election’s victor.
“Are you not convinced that I am a prophet? Look over my archives; not a single one of my prophecies has failed,” he said, bolstering his prophesy.
He said as much at a recent speech to his congregation, urging the young people to stay in the nation because during the next seven years, there will be an unparalleled period of progress.
Rev. Boateng promised those gathered that Ghana will make more development in the years to come than it had in the previous fifty to sixty years.
