Chef Smith made a mistake, according to Kwame Owusu Fordjour, also referred to as Dr. UN, by failing to consult him before undertaking the cook-a-thon.
He claims that he was shocked by Chef Smith’s inexperienced strategies, which had backfired.
According to Dr. UN, had the chef not used the Guinness World Record, he would have succeeded in his goal.
“I would advise him to organise the cook-a-thon without consulting Guinness.” He claimed that he could have grown his brand to outperform the Guinness World Record.
Despite this, Dr. UN proposed to give Chef Smith a favourable citation in order to improve his reputation.
“I would grant him a favourable citation and assist him in establishing his own reputation. To assist him regain his reputation, I will even have a High Commissioner give the prize,” he said on Onua FM.
